Ⅰ.Registration and Payment

     There are three ways to register for the conference:

     3.Conference registration e-mail

     The registration deadline for this conference is October 20, 2024. Proposed delegates are requested to send the title of the oral presentation, or the abstract of the paper (about 300 words in Chinese or English), by email to ISCCASG@outlook.com. The deadline for abstract submission is October 20, 2024, and submitted abstracts will be validated by the organizing committee and the authors will be notified of the selection results and the type of participation by October 25, 2024. Authors will be notified by October 25 of the results of selection and type of participation.

     Selected abstracts can choose to submit full papers, which will be recommended by the conference preparation team to the supporting journals of the symposium on merit. The deadline and specific requirements for full paper submission are detailed in the submission requirements of each journal.

     The conference will set up prizes for the scholars, including two best report awards and two best paper awards, each of which will be 800 RMB and awarded with certificates. The selection will be organized by the organizing committee of the conference based on the oral presentations and submitted papers.

     Note: Participants who have already registered after the announcement of the first round of the conference do not need to register again.

    The conference will charge the registration fee according to the following standards: 1200 RMB/person for general delegates; 600 RMB/person for student delegates. The above fee includes the booking of the conference venue, printing of materials, conference publicity, etc. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation, food and accommodation.
