    Dalian, also known as Bin Cheng, is a sub-provincial city and a planned city in Liaoning Province. Located in Liaoning Province, the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula, located in the Yellow Bohai Sea, backed by the hinterland of Northeast China, and Shandong Peninsula across the sea, is the eastern coast of China's important economy, trade, ports, industry, tourism city.

    Dalian is the warmest place in Northeast China, belonging to the warm temperate continental monsoon climate with oceanic characteristics. The climate is mild, with no scorching heat in summer, no severe cold in winter, late entry into the cold period, abundant sunshine, and the air is not dry, so it has obvious climatic advantages. Dalian has four distinct seasons, with winter being the longest, accounting for about half a year, and spring, summer and fall being short, with the sum of the three seasons accounting for about half a year. Dalian is pleasant to visit and live in, with April to October being the best months of the year. Dalian is home to many breathtaking natural and humanistic landscapes. Attractions such as Jinshitan National Tourist Resort, Xinghai Square, Laohutan Ocean Park, Lushun Cherry Blossom Garden, and the Russian Street, each with their own unique charms, showcase Dalian's magnificent landscapes.
